Spotlight: Schöffel Country

We’ve all been there. We see a post or a reel of someone wearing absolutely stunning clothing. They nailed the assignment. We want to know where they got it from, we want what they’re wearing. This month’s spotlight is on the beautiful Schöffel Country Launde Gilet.  This brand is such a countrywear staple that you can never go wrong with any of their pieces. 

Keep warm and cosy, whether running your weekend errands or taking a stroll down to your local pub. Gilets are that perfect item for in-between weather. What is in-between weather, you ask? Well, if you have lived in England long enough, you have endured those days when the weather doesn’t want to make up its mind. It’s a little chilly, but mild enough that a jacket could possibly be overkill. I often wear gilets for my lunchtime strolls around my local park. On those days, when I work from home, I desperately need to get outdoors and stretch my legs as well as clear my mind. I don’t know how to explain it, but I feel protected in my gilet. I stay warm and there’s the added bonus of not needing to carry a handbag. Everything is secured in the zipped pockets.  Throw on some wellies and you’re ready for a muddy adventure!

February this year has been pretty mild weather-wise and my brisk pace walks can leave me overheated if I layer up too much. Launde Gilets are wonderful to have on hand.  I find myself reaching for it almost daily. It’s even become part of my ‘work commute wardrobe.’
